About Agent Scrimmage

Agent Scrimmage is an AI agent evaluation platform built by Ayubzai Business Solutions LLC, based in Lincoln, Nebraska. We help teams stress-test their AI agents against realistic scenarios before deploying them to production.

Why We Built This

We built Agent Scrimmage because we needed it ourselves. While testing our own AI assistant — a customer support agent for a construction SaaS platform — Agent Scrimmage triggered a database replication bug within 5 minutes that would have crashed the agent for every API customer. The bug had been in production for weeks. No customer had hit it yet, but it was only a matter of time.

That experience made one thing clear: AI agents need the same rigorous testing that traditional software gets before shipping. You wouldn't deploy a web application without QA testing. Why would you deploy an AI agent that talks to your customers without testing it against the exact scenarios it will face?

What We Do

We simulate hundreds of realistic conversations — angry customers, compliance traps, adversarial prompts, multi-step workflows — and score every response on accuracy, tone, policy compliance, and task completion. We don't just find problems. We generate the skill files, guardrails, and routing rules to fix them.

Our scenario library covers 15 industries with 667+ scenarios, each grounded in real regulatory data, real industry metrics, and real failure patterns. We support Claude Code agents, Custom GPTs, and any agent with an API endpoint.

The Team

AJ Ayubzai — Founder. Software engineer and business operator who has built AI agents for construction, real estate, and SaaS platforms. Agent Scrimmage grew out of the evaluation tools AJ built internally to test his own agents before shipping them to customers.
