A trace is a single event sent to Observe — typically one agent response or one conversation turn. Batch requests count each item individually.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get immediate access to the higher tier. Downgrades apply at renewal.
What happens when I hit my trace limit?
New traces return a 429 status until the next billing period. Your existing data and dashboard remain fully accessible. You can upgrade anytime to increase your limit.
Do add-ons require a paid plan?
No. Add-ons are available on any plan, including Free. Extra alert rules and gateway boosts can be added independently.
Is there a contract or commitment?
